Terms of service

These beta terms cover the Bobbi app, website and online artwork services. By using Bobbi you agree to these terms. They do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your account

Use a sign-in method you control. Link Apple and Google only when both belong to you. Use the same Bobbi account on the website and iPad to access the same service records; local project files are not synced by signing in.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Available subscriptions, localized prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offers appear in the app and Apple’s purchase sheet. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. A trial is offered only when shown for your account; if offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Manage subscriptions through Apple.

Apple handles App Store refund requests. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. See subscriptions, restoration and refunds for instructions. Deleting Bobbi or a Bobbi account does not cancel a subscription.

AI credits

The app shows the credit cost before generation. Your account shows its current balance and any available allowance or reset date. Plan credits do not accumulate across resets. An eligible 14-day introductory trial includes 10 AI credits once. Paid Hobbyist and Pro plans include 40 and 150 credits per month respectively, including yearly plans. Purchased credit packs do not expire and do not require a subscription. Packs and trials are available only when explicitly offered in the app; the launch terms on the website do not mean a product is already available. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Refunding a credit-pack payment reverses its credit allocation. If some of those credits have already been spent, the remaining adjustment is offset against later purchased credits, not the monthly subscription allowance. See credit-pack and subscription terms.

If a generation request fails or is canceled, Bobbi records the appropriate credit refund. An interrupted connection does not necessarily mean generation failed; check the request or gallery before submitting again. Contact support if the balance appears incorrect.

Your artwork

You retain your rights in artwork you supply. Bobbi does not claim ownership of your local projects or machine files. Submit only material you have the right to use and share with the generation provider. AI output may resemble other work and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Review it before commercial use.

Embroidery and machine output

Bobbi is in beta. Preview renders show planned stitch paths, not a guarantee of the physical result. Check the design size, hoop, needle, fabric, stabilizer, thread and machine format. Review stitch order and sew a test piece before using a finished garment. Keep backups of important projects.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, misuse accounts, evade credit limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict online features when needed to address abuse or security problems. Local files are not deleted by account suspension.
