Subscriptions & refunds

A clear guide to purchases, restoring access and cancellation. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price and terms that apply to your account.

Plans and introductory trial

Our approved launch plans are Hobbyist at US$15.99 per month or $159.99 per year, and Pro at $69.99 per month or $699.99 per year. Hobbyist includes machine-file export; Pro adds production proofs and templates, client kits and job records, multi-hooping, advanced appliqué and stitch-level editing. Opening, editing and saving local Bobbi projects remain free.

Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial and 10 AI credits once. The trial renews into the selected plan at the displayed price unless canceled. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility within the Bobbi subscription group; changing plans does not start another credit trial.

After the trial, Hobbyist includes 40 AI credits per month and Pro includes 150. Yearly plans also allocate credits monthly. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Your account shows the next reset and verified balance. Products remain in preparation; only an offer shown in the app and Apple’s purchase sheet is available to buy.

Non-expiring credit packs

The approved launch packs are 25 credits for US$4.99, 100 for $14.99 and 300 for $39.99. They are one-time purchases, do not expire and do not require a subscription. Sign in to the Bobbi account where you want to keep the credits before buying. Apple supplies localized prices. Packs add AI credits, not subscription features.

Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. If Apple refunds a pack, its credit allocation is reversed. Already-spent refunded credits are offset against later purchased credits; monthly allowances are not reduced by that adjustment. The account balance shows any remaining adjustment.

Cancel or change a plan

On iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Bobbi. Choose the available change or cancellation option. Canceling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends. If a trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Restore an existing purchase

Sign in to the Bobbi account used for the purchase, then open the plan picker in Account and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple account that made the purchase. Restoration checks existing purchases; it does not buy a new subscription or add a credit pack again. Previously verified pack balances remain in the original Bobbi account, including after reinstalling.

If Apple finished a purchase but Bobbi is still verifying it, choose Check purchases again. Do not buy a second time to fix a verification delay. Contact support if access does not return.

Request a refund

Request an App Store refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility; options vary by purchase and region. This does not affect any statutory rights you have. See Apple’s refund instructions.

Credits and test purchases

Your account balance is the source of truth for available AI credits. A failed generation refund is separate from an App Store payment refund. TestFlight purchases can unlock verified test features but do not grant production AI credits. Local StoreKit tests do not make real purchases.

Deleting your account

Deleting an account or uninstalling Bobbi does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in Apple’s settings separately, then follow the account deletion steps if you also want your account removed.
